Amendoeira is perfect for golfing holidays as the resort, villas, and apartments are adjacent to the Faldo and O’Connor Jr. championship courses.
Amendoeira has in addition to its two championship courses, an illuminated par-3 course, a golf academy, and fitting studio. They have one of the premier training facilities in Europe, which attracts many tour players. Amendoeira also has a Sports Club consisting of tennis, football and gym.
Amendoeira Golf Resort is located in the central Algarve, near the town of Silves, just a 35-minute drive from Faro Airport. It is ideal for golf and family holidays as it provides a great base for exploring the remaining Algarve.
The resort is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The Monchique Mountains form a stunning backdrop and the resort is close to historic Silves and Armação de Pera with its sandy beaches, restaurants and bars.
