It is the legendary Nick Price who designed the championship course Gramacho. Gramacho has 18 holes, but with its 27 greens and several different tees, the course is unique. The course can thus be played in many different ways with several different challenges.
The course has a traditional hilly landscape with historic old walls and olive trees that make it incredibly beautiful to play.
VALE DA PINTA

Vale da Pinta has hosted the Senior European Tour Qualifying Final 8 times. The course is respected for its challenging layout and beautiful views. There are fig trees, almond trees and lots of olive trees, where one of the olive trees is over 1200 years old.
Course architect Ronald Fream has really succeeded with his design.

Vila Sol is located in beautiful Vilamoura. With their 27 holes, they form three 9-hole loops; Prime, Challenge and Prestige. Course architect Donald Steel wants every visitor to have an experience of the genuine nature found in the area. Vila Sol’s nature consists of fig trees, almond trees, pine trees, lakes, waterways and several types of beautiful flowers.
Vila Sol has some long par 4 holes that are quite difficult where you need to play smart so that the ball doesn’t get stuck in the pine trees.

Silves is a fantastic genuine golf course that winds between olive trees, cork oaks and orange groves. The course has fantastic views and views towards the Monchique mountains. Silves is a course for real players where those with a low handicap will find it difficult to go below par while those with a higher handicap will be able to enjoy the course.
ALTO GOLF

Alto is a course for golfers of all levels located outside the cozy fishing village of Alvor. The course has undulating fairways and raised greens. Alto is legendary as it was the last track designed by Sir Henry Cotton. There are a pair of 5 holes that are 600m long called the “Sir Henry Challenge”, oh what a challenge the hole is!
